Does it come with its own sounds?
BeatFeet Pro is a MIDI controller, meaning it needs to be connected to a sound source (computer, tablet, or hardware sound module) to produce sounds. It’s pre-mapped to standard MIDI drum notes for instant compatibility with most drum software.
What software do I need?
You can use any MIDI-compatible drum software, from professional options like EZdrummer and BFD3 to free solutions like MT Power Drum Kit. It also works with all major DAWs.
Can I customize the MIDI notes for each pad?
Yes! Using the web interface, you can assign any MIDI note to any pad, save up to 8 different presets, and adjust sensitivity, threshold, and other parameters.
